Divorce & Coparenting Therapy

Find Steady Ground in the Middle of Change

Whether you're going through a separation, recently divorced, or struggling to coparent with someone who pushes all your buttons, therapy can help you find more stability and ease. These transitions often come with grief, tension, and miscommunication—and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed trying to protect your peace while also doing what’s best for your children.

I help parents create space for calmer communication, fewer escalations, and stronger boundaries. Together, we can work toward more respectful conversations, clearer expectations, and a parenting rhythm that works—whether or not you're on the same page with your co-parent.

I offer therapy for:

  • Separation support for individuals or couples navigating the emotional and logistical shifts of divorce

  • Coparenting sessions to create structure, reduce conflict, and communicate more effectively

  • Parent-focused therapy to help you stay grounded, emotionally regulated, and centered in your role

  • Support for transitions like new relationships, school events, blended family dynamics, or shared holidays

A Note About Court Involvement
My role in co-parenting counseling is to support cooperative, respectful communication between parents for the benefit of their children. I do not participate in court cases, custody evaluations, or provide recommendations for legal proceedings. All sessions are focused on practical strategies, healthy boundaries, and building a parenting approach that works for your family.

Start Where You Are

If separation or co‑parenting feels hard, you don’t have to face it alone. Together we can look at what would help you feel more supported—whether that’s space for your own emotions, calmer conversations with your co‑parent, or clearer boundaries.
