You're reliable, thoughtful, and always putting others first. But underneath it all, you're worn out from overthinking interactions, saying yes when you want to say no, and tiptoeing around conflict.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, say what you really think, and begin to shift the patterns that keep you stuck. Together we'll work to ease anxiety, strengthen boundaries, and restore balance in your life and relationships.
I see individuals in person in San Luis Obispo and online across California, Washington, Florida, and South Carolina.

People often come to therapy because they:
✓ Struggle with overthinking, worry, or anxiety
✓ Have difficulty saying no or setting limits
✓ Fear conflict or avoid difficult conversations
✓ Feel unseen, unheard, or disconnected
✓ Struggle with low self-worth or people-pleasing
✓ Want clarity around big decisions or life
✓ Experience relationship or family stress
✓ Desire stronger boundaries and more freedom

I use practical, research-backed tools to help you:
+ Understand what's driving your thoughts, feelings,
and reactions
+ Build healthier boundaries and communicate
your needs
+ Shift stuck patterns into new ways of being
+ Show up in your relationships with more awareness
and confidence
+ Move toward self-acceptance and authenticty in your life

Many clients use HSA or FSA funds to pay for sessions. I don’t bill insurance directly, but if you’d like to use out-of-network benefits, I provide superbills through the client portal. You can submit this to your insurance company to ask about reimbursement. Sessions are billed under CPT code 90847 (family/couples therapy) or 90837 (individual therapy).

Yes. Research consistently shows that therapy helps people reduce anxiety, improve relationships, and build healthier patterns. People who get the most out of therapy find a therapist they feel comfortable with and practice new skills outside of sessions. Think of therapy like working with a trainer - I'll help you build on your strengths, develop new skills, and you'll get stronger over time by practicing in your day-to-day life.
Yes. Online sessions are conducted virtually through secure, HIPAA-compliant video. Online therapy offers convenience, flexible scheduling, and the same evidence-based care as in-person sessions (all without a commute).
